This is my page solely made to express my interest in mixing, I have a pair of decks I'm currently paying £40 a month for, and feedback from parties suggests I'm getting pretty good.
(not to blow one's own trumpet)
    I do enjoy scratching and the likes, not Hip Hop style though way too f-ing hard, the cross fader on my mixer just doesn't move quick enough, not with out moving the table as well.


The set up I have is not great, I'm gunna get some Technics as soon as, but for the moment I have some Soundlab DLP-3R re-makes, under the name Limit, they only difference is they have a bad looking red line around them, sponsored or what ever by Synergy, and even though I have never heard of them, they have got the best slipmats I've ever used.
 

My internet name is MChild but for the record not my DJ name is not, DJ MChild doesn't sound good in any way, I'm still working on a good DJ alias, but I can only come out with crap, better sort it out if I want to be heard though.

The style's I play are Drum 'n' Bass, dark mostly, some lighter stuff too though, I have some of the classic Hard Core as well, I want to play in the local nite spot, but they only like cheesy bad handbag house chart     I do some cool disco mixes, for fun only of course, people tend to like that, breaks the ice, gives them something to take the piss over, with the program themes, like Gremlins theme tune or starwars disco edition, from the disco stars album brought from WHSmith for £3.79 some years ago
    Other styles would include a couple of records from Deathchant records, real hard Hard Core, but not as fast as Gabber.

I make my own music as well of course, don't get me wrong I'm no musician, I use my computer to aid me, using cool programs like Rebirth, and a tracker called Fast Tracker 2, easily the best tracker out to date, with its own sampler built in.

Due to something about Fortunecity that I don't understand probably copy write laws or something, I'm unable to post some MP3's onto this page, so there is no music samples, I'm not a good enough programmer of HTML to put up some real audio files either, but I'm looking into it.

Last of all I only have one request in regards to records, is the Ganja Kru "New Frontiers EP", the copy of the 3 set comp I have has some how been horribly mutilated by me trying to fix "Plague that never ends" by putting the warped to hell record in the microwave, the over, the sun light, and between to hot pieces of glass, the result is that its unplayable and scratched to buggery.
